Ingredients
4g PerfectTed Ceremonial Grade Matcha
60ml hot water (60–80°C, never boiling)
100–120ml barista blend oat milk
Ice
Method
Sift your matcha powder into a bowl, add hot water, and whisk until light and frothy.
Froth your oat milk using a milk frother for about a minute until super airy.
Fill a glass with ice, pour in the frothed oat milk, and gently top with your matcha.
