Her matcha protein smoothie! This is a great breakfast protein smoothie, giving you a great head start on your protein for the day, as well as providing that lean green caffeine from matcha green tea.
Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup unsweetened milk of choice (Marisa loves almond)
- 1/3 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 scoop of protein powder
- 1 tsp matcha powder
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1/2 tbsp almond butter
- 1/2 tbsp hemp seeds
- Handful of fruit
- Ice cubes
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy!

- Greek yogurt (1/3 cup): ~6.5g protein
- Protein powder (1 scoop): ~30g protein
- Milk (3/4 cup): ~0.75g protein
- Almond butter (1/2 tbsp): ~2g protein
- Hemp seeds (1/2 tbsp): ~1.5g protein
Total: ~40g of protein
