A Large handful of frozen blackberries (if not frozen just pop in some ice cubes.
25g Rolled oats
½ - 1tsp Matcha powder

1tsp of your favourite nut butter

200ml of milk (go with whatever you like best)
100ml of water
I’m going to give you a quick explanation of ingredients so that you can tweak if you want.
Oats are going to thicken your smoothie and are less sweet than a banana,
Protein powder and nut butter are entirely up to you, but a great way to incorporate additional protein if you want.
Method
Pop everything in your blender and blitz for about 15-30 seconds, give it a taste and see if you want it sweeter, fruiter, thinner etc.
